Welcome to Maclet Team, developed and operated by Osperb (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Maclet Team is a business management and customer relationship management application created for organizations, branch administrators, sales professionals, and field staff to manage leads, sales opportunities, follow-up schedules, and customer inquiries.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our Android mobile application and the associated backend systems at https://maclet.osperb.com.

2. Information We Collect

To provide enterprise CRM features, we process the following categories of information:

2.1 User Account Information

  • User profile: Full name, staff ID, business email address, phone number, assigned branch, and staff role.
  • Authentication data: Secure tokens and session identifiers managed through the enterprise backend.

2.2 Lead and Customer Data

  • Customer and company names, contact numbers, email addresses, and location or branch information.
  • Product interest details, customer inquiries, budget estimates, and transaction notes.

2.3 Tasks, Notes, and Follow-ups

  • Follow-up schedules, task deadlines, priority levels, assignment details, and completion logs.
  • Text notes, voice memos or audio attachments, and document uploads added by staff.

2.4 Device and Diagnostic Information

  • Device model, operating system version, application build version, and network status.
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens used to deliver notifications.
  • System error logs and crash diagnostics used to improve app reliability.

3. Android Permissions and Usage

The application only requests permissions required for its business functionality:

Important: The app does not monitor calls, record phone conversations, or collect contacts from your personal address book.

4. How We Use Information

  • Core functionality: To synchronize lead records, tasks, and follow-ups across authorized organization devices.
  • Team collaboration: To assign tasks between managers and staff with clear accountability.
  • Reminders and alerts: To send push notifications about scheduled customer follow-ups and deadlines.
  • Security and maintenance: To enforce role-based access, diagnose performance issues, and prevent unauthorized access.

5. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or monetize personal or customer data.

We use the following service providers to operate the app:

  • Google Play Services and Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC): Used for app distribution and push-notification delivery. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Cloud infrastructure: The service is hosted at maclet.osperb.com and protected with HTTPS encryption and database access controls.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights, and integrity of our users, services, or organization.

6. Data Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).
  • Organizational roles and branch-level access controls that restrict access to customer records.
  • Secure storage of authentication tokens and verification of each server request.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. While we work to protect information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention and Account Deletion

  • Retention: CRM records are retained while your organization maintains an active service relationship with Osperb, and for any additional period required for legitimate business, security, or legal purposes.
  • Account deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting your organization administrator or by emailing info@osperb.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request - Maclet Team.”

We may need to verify your identity and organizational relationship before completing a request. Some records may be retained where required by law, for security, or to resolve disputes. We will explain any applicable retention when responding to the request.

8. Children’s Privacy

Maclet Team is an enterprise business tool intended for professional use. It is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, technology, or legal requirements change. We will publish any changes on this page and revise the effective date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
